Jr. Miss Guidelines
EVENING GOWNS:
-
Gowns can be either floor or tea length, or high-low (shorter in front and longer in back) and need to be an age appropriate style
-
Splits in dresses should raise no further than 2 inches above the knee
-
Choose accessories carefully... They should enhance your look; not overwhelm you
-
Cutouts are not allowed
-
If the dress has a train, it must be bustled
-
The pageant directors must approve the gown
THEMED CASUAL OR ATHLETIC WEAR
-
Any type of themed casual or athletic wear of your choosing (example: soccer uniform, dance costume, 4-H cattle showing outfit, etc.)

Shorts, skirts and dresses must be no shorter than fingertip reach with arms straight down at sides
-
No crop tops or low-cut shirts
-
Props are allowed, so get creative! (example: ball, bat, pompoms, dance shoes, beach bag, cowboy hat, etc.)
INTERVIEW WEAR
-
Business or Church appropriate attire--skirt, dress, pantsuit, or jumpsuit
-
Skirt/Dress length should be no shorter than top of the knee
-
Pantyhose are recommended
-
Minimal jewelry may be worn and should reflect a professional appearance
-
Closed toe flats/small heels must be worn with interview attire
-
The pageant director must approve interview attire
PRODUCTION NUMBER OUTFIT

Black dressy shorts (no holes)

DISCO Themed T-Shirt Provided
-
Sparkly short heel
INDIVIDUAL & GROUP PICTURE OUTFIT

Black sundress or romper of your choosing

No strapless dresses
-
No shorter than fingertip reach with arms straight down at sides
-
Flats or small-heels, either open or closed
-
Minimal, age-appropriate make-up and jewelry
