Junior Miss Sign Up

In the event there are more applicants than spots available, eligible contestants are selected using the time stamp from this form submission. All valid submissions will be saved and a wait list will be created.

Please double check your eligibility on the Jr Miss Contestant page, and fill out the form below! Once you do that, we will be in contact no later than May 1. There will be a required open house style Meet & Greets on May 7 from 7-8pm and May 8 from 5:00-6:30pm. You (or a parent/guardian) must attend ONE of the Meet & Greets to pick up a packet of detailed information. Directors will be there to answer any questions you may have. (You are NOT required to stay the entire time--just pop in!)
